Nursery Opening Times
We are open weekdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm all year round ( excluding Public and Bank Holidays). Early drop off from 7:30am and late pick up to 6:30pm can be arranged to accommodate parent’s schedules on an ad-hoc basis.
We offer full day sessions, and in order for children to settle and feel secure and happy at the nursery, a minimum booking of 2 days per week is requested.
Inclusive Fees
Our fees are inclusive of: all meals, drinks and snacks (including formula milk for babies up to 12 months of age and, where possible, including specific ingredients to suit individual dietary requirements); nappies and wipes; sudocrem, call and sun cream (when appropriate).

Fees are payable in your child’s absence and when on holiday. Fees are also payable on Public & Bank Holidays, however in order to assist parents the following discounts below and our flexibility policy is in place.

Discounts
In order to assist Parents we have put the following discounts in place:
Childcare Vouchers – We accept childcare vouchers from parents whose employers run a childcare voucher scheme.
Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) Grant – Children aged 2 years and over can benefit from the Governments FEEE Grant. Where eligible, children can receive up to 30 hours a week of free nursery education, 38 weeks of the year.
Corporate Partner Programme – We partner with Alderley Park to offer a discount to Club AZ Childcare Members.
Flexibility Policy
Unlike any other nursery we know of, we provide flexibility if families need to swap around sessions – at no extra charge – in the following manner:
When Parent’s provide at least 7 day’s notice and if availability allows, we will swap a child’s session to an alternative day within the same week. Sessions booked outside of the same week will be categorised as additional sessions and be chargeable at our normal rate.
Payment & Notice Periods
To apply for a place, a registration fee of £75.00 is levied which covers your child’s initial settling sessions. A deposit of £500.00 is required to book sessions, which may be refunded on your child’s departure from the Nursery.
Fees are payable one month in advance, for example, fees for February’s sessions are payable by the 31st January.
Four week’s notice is required if you wish to decrease your child’s sessions. A notice period of eight weeks is required if your child is leaving the nursery.
Your initial deposit may be returned after the last booked day at the nursery, minus any outstanding fees.
The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child's own natural desire to learn.
